And while I'm on the subject of the nail comps...

Back in October at our National Nail Competition in Manchester, it came to our attention that the original winner of the Novice category had in fact been doing nails for some time.

The rules for the Novice category were changed to better reflect the skill level of new techs, and as such we now require those entering the Novice category to have been doing nails for less than a year and have never entered a nail competition before.

It has taken a while, but I'm delighted to finally announce that Denise Garrett (aka Deni) was crowned the new winner of the Novice category at the National Nail Competition in Manchester.
