I'm a Yorkshire lass in Bristol :-)
Hi, I've just started out in a salon, and i feel like my nail treatments are coming on a treat, but i would LOVE more training. I'm five months short of the year required to do creative induction, and i dont kno if i can wait til May !
Is it worth doing an NSI conv instead? Or will i end up doing creative in the end anyway? I just want to be REALLY REALLY GOOD! Am i just too impatient?

do you mean a conversion?
you can do an Induction babes but a conversion is when you have to be 'qualified' for 1 year.
think that's right ? ? ?
you have to do what's right for you at the end of the day... if it means waiting then I personally would say WAIT, the final decision is yours though.
I've never regretted converting to CND, I'm sure you won't either
