Hi everyone. I have decided to retrain as a nail technician after being obsessed with nails for as long as I can remember lol. Love having my acrylics and doing different techniques such as nail wraps, Konad stamping and water marbeling (so messy but so much fun!!)
I am a single mum with not alot of support so I was thinking about taking the Essential Nails at home course to get the basics down then doing a conversion course with Capital. Does that sound feasable?
Would love to do a CND course but the nearest is Edinburgh and it is just not possible. Also I cannot afford to do the CND straight out.
I am not completely new to nail tech as I started a Level 1 beauty course a few years ago but moved abroad so I have some knowledge and I am a whizz with google for information but I know there is alot still to learn.
Ultimately I want to set up as a mobile technicial specialising in encapsualted acrylic nail art as there is a big demand opening up for it up here at the moment and only 1 or 2 people offer it but that is a long way off for me at the moment.
Any advice or suggestions very welcome!
