Hi, I didn't even realise its against in the law to charge a surcharge for processing card transactions, even the bare minimum of the 1.69% that sum up charge to process isn't allowed either.

How do nail/ beauty business get around this. I am an in-home nail business.???? Plz help xx

You budget for it in your prices.

Yep, the new law came in Jan-18 so you have to take the hit or get it into your next price review.
