custom blend question?

think i am being a little dumb here! just treated myself to a custom blend kit and reading throught the little book about the differnt blends, i am pressuming that when it states the color then a nuber next to it i.e 'flawless pink 10' does that means 10 measures of the little spoon that i got with the kit? just thought i would check as 10 spoons is quite a bit, and did not want to waste it! thanks you for your help xx gingerxx
