Debating renting a beauty space

Hi lovelies, im a mobile therapist and offer a pretty big range of treatments, although I mainly do nails and lashes. Ive been doing this for almost a year and although ive got a good group of regular clients, I would still like to be a lot more busy than I am.

I have been debating renting a space in a salon to see if this would help build my client base. Im slightly unsure though as I really do enjoy being mobile and being to fit my personal life around this.

I just wondered if anyone else had tried this and if it had worked?

I think there's pros and cons to both sides.

Would your regulars come to the salon rather than you go to them? Some clients only like this service.

Vice versa in regards to building a client a base. You may pick up some clients that wouldn't have you mobile. I'd just say make sure you can cover all the bills.

Thank you...I think most of my clients would still prefer me to come to them, so would that mean it could be a waste of time?
