Development times for brows & lashes dependant on natural colour

Probably in the wrong forum, I'm new here! I'm currently studying for my level 2 beauty qualification. I have a question in my coursework that I'm stuck on. It's asking me for development times for for red hair, grey hair, fair hair and dark hair for both eyelashes and eyebrows.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
