Does anyone use Waxmaster wax in their salon

Found a brand new wax master heater in stock cupboard. Does any one use one in salon. How goodvand effective is this and what wax is good for sensitive to coarse hair in hot/warm wax.

I use it at the salon I work in . If left on too long it breaks
