Hi everyone,
One of my clients texted me today with a complaint that I destroyed her hair and I completely don’t know how to react, because something like this happened to me first time.
I’ve done her hair first time 4 months ago, she had few highlights in already, but wanted to go blonder, so we’ve done half head highlights through the whole length ( didn’t touch the bottom half, because she liked it dark). She was very happy with the colour.
She had her roots done after 3 months (3 weeks ago) and I’ve done exactly the same thing on the roots like previously (L’Oréal bleach + 20vol, beige highlift + 30 vol). Just the regrowth + maybe 1cm to connect the colours. Again just half head, bottom half untouched. She said she thought it’s a bit blonde this time, but I suggested it just might be first impression after having her roots covered.
Today she texted me and sent me the picture of her hair (3 weeks after the appointment). She said, that she’s very unhappy, her hair was burned and snapped and I’ve asked her to come in for a chat when we reopen.
I don’t know how to react in this situation. I’m completely sure, that the ends couldn’t snap if I’ve done just the roots. Also the bottom half looks like it’s completely broken, although I never touched it. I’ve asked if she had any other treatments done, she said no. Any ideas how should react or what to offer on the consultation?
