The World Spa Awards were first launched only last year but entries came in from spas across the globe and culminated in a major awards night that hosted over 700 guests. In its second year, Professional Beauty hope that it's going to be even biggger, better and more beautiful, so if you're interested in getting your hands on a World Spa Award 2013 then get your entries in now.
Last year, the industry showed huge support for the awards and judges were flooded with high quality entries from major hotels and spa groups such as Mandarin Oriental, Six Senses and Kempinski as well as individually owned spas such as Les Sources de Caudalie and Lapinha Spa.
Entries will judged by an independent panel of judges based in each continent and those shortlisted will be visited by an official and a mystery judge. They will report back to the judging panel who in turn will decide on the winner. It is a vigorous process and scrupulously fair and unbiased which means that winning a World Spa Award is kind of a big deal.
The awards will be organised by Professional Beauty in London and entry is free. All you need to do is complete the online process and follow the guidelines. Winners will be announced at the Hilton on Park Lane, London.
