Facebook competition

Help. I've done a competition on Facebook and it's coming to an end. Shall I just put their names in name shuffler app thing?

There's a couple of people who's locations aren't down here, do I tell them to collect or post to them?! If they win?

I've also got one lady who said she's just started chemo and would be funny if she won. I was going to send her an olaplex voucher for when her hair grows back. Should I tell her to bring a Drs note allowing her to use it to be on the safe side?

1. Yes 2. Disqualify them, 3. That's very kind of you, some of my clients were given a list of ingredients to avoid after treatment by our local hospital but I don't know if that's common practice. So maybe yes to be on the safe side.
