Flaky skin on face

Is e45 the best for this?usually get it around the nose and eyes.

Try some coconut and olive oil. You'll need just a tiny bit. It soaks in straight away and doesn't leave an oily feel if applied in the right amount. It also doesn't encourage puffy skin around the eyes to develop. You'll only need to apply it a couple of times a week as well.
