Hi

Am looking at different ideas to motivate my staff and judge how well they are doing.

We already have a little reward given at the end of the month to the person who retails the most products.

Do you guys have any other ideas?

Does anyone know what the industry norm would be for :

of the numbers of clientsu service (either hair or beauty) that purchase a retail item?

retaining clients? if you have 100 new clients for example how many would you expect to return. is there an industry average?

are there any other quages i could use to establish how well salon is doing, i have a comprehensive booking system which gives me loads of figures on return rates, retail sales, time taken etc etc
