just wondering if you could help me. I already own a tanning,nails,beauty,exercise salon and i now want a hairdressers within this - greedy I know!
I already have self employed therapists and wonder if this is the best route for hairdressing staff or to pay a wage.
Ideally I need a senior stylists and qualified junior. What is an average wage for these positions just so i can get a better idea of what is my best course of action.
