Hi everyone. I purchased this bag in between Xmas and new year for all of my hairdressing supplies. About a week ago it literally fell apart- handle completely collapsed and zip broke!! I purchased from my local Aston and fincher but am unsure of they will let me return it? Has anyone got any ideas on how to contact headgear direct and try to deal with then? Thankyou also suggestions on a suitable replacement would be great
