Helpon How i get a copy of my certificate of spray tan course passed

Hi Just wanting advice or help in how I can find and get a copy of my certificate for a whitetobrown tanning course I pass last year through salon services have been unsuccessful in getting any answers through either companies and fed up of been stuck on the end of a phone getting nowhere ..any advice would be a big help thanks in advance xx
