Hive 80g hand held roller problems!

HI everyone. I purchased the hive 80g hand held roller. I'm having trouble with the wax not flowing and dragging clients skin. It's at the correct temperature but it just dosnt roll out nicely.. I've used rollers before and haven't had any trouble. Any suggestions?

I have a roller wax although not hive and notice sometimes mine gets slightly stuck, I clean the cartridge head quickly before I heat it up (and straight after) and that usually does the trick - sometimes there is wax stuck where you can't see which doesn't get heated up and then you end up pulling skin because it won't roll!!

Put the cartridge in the heater upside down for a few seconds before using it x

Thank you. I'm getting use to it now. I have to hold it upside down for a while. I have the correct cleaning fluid. Maybe it was getting stuck .Thank you everyone xx
