Hive waxing eyebrow kit

Hey, 1st post so I’m fairly new, purchased the hive eyebrow waxing kit and have tried to use it twice now but the wax dries within 3 seconds.. I’ve left it on full for 30 mins as it advises but it dries the minute it hits the skin (room not cold and client not cold) I’m puzzled, the wax came with it but just doesn’t seem to work.
Any help greatly appreciated x
