I've been approached by a local college to see if I would be interested in taking a qualifying student as either an apprentice or providing a job.
I currently only offer tans lashes and gelish however am thinking this could open up my salon to new treatments however I'm not sure about having people in my home as we couldn't work at the same time.
Finally I'm sure there are insurances/ tax implications?
And what do trainees/ just qualified get paid?
Is this a possibility or a non starter?
