When I use my hot wax some clients scream it's too hot while others will say not that hot. I pretty much keep at same temperature. I use cierpel. Any suggestions?

Do you test it on yourself each time? Is there any variation in the heat?
I keep my wax as low as possible whilst maintaining the right consistency to work with. I use lycon in one place and euroblonde in another and they seem fine.

Definitely test it on yourself first! I use euroblonde and it should be the consistency of toffee, or thicker. Even if it's not melted properly in the middle you should still be able to use it from around the edges.
