I just recently went out independant but im booth renting in a small hair shop. So far i have been fairly busy with little to no down time and im working late every evening. does this mean im ready to hire some pt help? I could really use it on tuesdays and thursdays fridays. But my shop owner is being negative about it. If im booth renting shouldnt i be able to hire my own help as needed?
How do i know im not just in a busy month and will be able to afford the help later?
