How to achieve the matte look with Shellac?

Hi...I am hoping someone could please advise how you achieve the matte look without using the CND matte top coat and then how you can add a shiny stamp to the matte nail? Do you need to top again - can you stamp with Vinylux top coat?

Apply shellac and top coat twice. Then buff off layer of top coat with a kanga file

I agree with Trinity. I have tried the buffing method but the new matte topcoat is worth every penny.

I have stamped with gel polish. Had not thought of trying a shiny topcoat stamp over matte nails. Gonna try it tomorrow
