How to go back from black to brown???

My mum wants to go from black back to brown but havent a clue where to start?
any idea? HELP??

Get your hands on an Affinage Eraser or a Goldwell Colour Remover (both professional) or if you cant get them, go to Superdrug and get a couple of boxes of colour b4...get as much of the colour out as you possibly can and choose a shade lighter than the one you'd like to achieve to prevent it going too dark

if her hair is in good condition you could maybe weave out back to back a FULL head of foils (i would do them fine) in bleach 20vol then run a toner through it depending on how it lifts. would be hard to say though without knowing your clients hair and what colours shes had previously. xx
