How to rent salon a chair and beauty room?

Hi we are loking in to renting a beauty room and a chair in our salon, but dont really know how to go about it! What do we charge? What do we need to look into?Do they need own cliental? Is it risky? Would be really gratefull for any help or advise. Many thanks Charisse

Hi there, think you should work out wether your going to include all products, electric water etc....

for example....

water how much?
electric how much?
water rates how much?
products how much?

because if you think about it your bills are going to be more than they were coz you have someone else using the room!?!?! (hope that makes sence :0 )

think you should also ask them if they have a client list as this will show that they are good at there job if clients are willing to travel to the therapist.
