Hi
You can get the IBD intense seal from a website called www.beverlybeaute.com
You can also get the brisa uv finishing gloss, which is probably the same.
don't know what they are like though as never tried them.

There is Brisa finishing gloss and also finish it by ez-flow all which do the same job as ibd intense seal.
