Laser lipo using low level laser

Hi this was posted a while back and I'm not sure if anyone had any luck with the reply.
I have found some great laser lipo machines in China but am not sure where I can get the training for this to cover my insurance as the manufacturer do not offer this .
Any help much appreciated.
