Lash FX glue?

Hello

I recently bought the lash fx introductory kit from Sally’s. it’s arrived today and the glue is completely solid, non will come out whatsoever. Does anyone have any tips?
I’ve tried warm and cold water to try and loosen it but nothing has helped.

I would contact the supplier. Also check that the remover is a full bottle [emoji4]

I know you said that you've tried water. But, boil the kettle and pour the hot water into a mug and hold the bottle of glue in there for about 5-10mins. If not, contact the Sallys store you bought it from, they may be able exchange it for you or contact the supplier direct x
