Latest popular skin treatments, which to invest in?

I am wanting to branch out into more skin treatments, we already use Dermalogica for our facials, but as far as machines go, we don’t use any at present. A lot of clients are asking for anti wrinkle treatments. We have been thinking about things such as dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, cryacool lift. Can anyone recommend what’s popular at the moment? Thanks.

I love crystal clear Microdermabrasion, they also have lots of other machines out too. I would love to do dermaplanning but haven't found a local course to me.
