Ive only started working in a salon this year and i am self employed so i dont really have anyone to ask for advice
I feel like i still have so much more i could learn about colour and i just wondered if anyone has any advice what i could do? I would love to just sit and watch another stylist all day and pick up some of their techniques but truth is the other stylists at my salon are quite old fashioned its such a competitive industry i just want to make sure i am doing my best but its hard to practice new things when mos of my clients just stick to the same thing.
