Hello, has anyone have any experience with lifting Dia Richesse in a level 4 to a level 6/7?
I have a new client coming in for colour- I will have to send her allergy test as she cannot come in before her appointment, although I have tried!
I wanted to take a sample strand to see how well it will lift.
She would like a demi 4/5 level chocolate brown on her roots but on her face frame she would like lifted to a caramel level 6/7.
She uses Dia Richesse and the last time she had it applied was in September,I presume she applied herself and therefore has quite a lot of dark pigment on her lengths and ends.
I am unsure how well that would lift and would wonder whether to prelighten and tone the face frame or whether to try a level 6/7 permanent colour.
I use NXT and Redken shades eq.
I could use Wella Color Touch for the roots also as I find it covers well.
I have added to photos, one with the desired hair goal and the second is what I'll be working with.
Thanks.
