Hiya,
I had my hair highlighted (just plain bleach foils) then 'toned' after some weeks ago. Anyhow - I got bored and had a loreal luo 8.23 applied all over.
It's now quite dark almost mid brown rather than my previous blonde highlighted hair.
Can I now have a lighter luo put on? Like a 10.12? Or will my hair go a funny colour?
