May have a nail desk to rent

As the title says I'm a bit unsure at the moment I have a busy hair and beauty salon and am 29 weeks pregnant. I have already had to taken on extra staff to help while I am off but there is no one to do nails, I don't know whether taking on and employing someone to do nails so close to going on maternity is a good idea or rent the nail room out for good?
