More glitter tip problems

When I do any glitter designs on nails I have to put a clear topcoat on it as I find the glitter bits tend to catch on some clothing. When I do this I seem to get odd glitter bits over the part of the nail that should be clear, what can I do to avoid this, I also end up with glitter in the top coat bottle.:o

I wipe the brush off between strokes.

Sometimes I use a glitter striper from a bottle that has a nib and a brush these are gel based, and other times I use a bottle of glitter striper from Spangles.

you can add a little clear polish in with the glitter polish. there might be too much glitter and too little polish to hold it down. (or some clear gel into the gel mix, or clear powder, whatever you use) make sense?
