nail art client consultation and aftercare

well im in the last leg of level 2 nvq, and have my assesments booked for end of january (gona spend a week geting them all over and done with before i tackel folder level 3,

the last couple of bits i need are a client consultation card and aftercare card for nail art but my mind is blank for ideas, does anyone have any they could upload if they dont mind for me to have a look at, i would be really greatfull
