Nail Trainer video/instructions

Hi, i'm not sure if i'm posting this on the right section.
I completed a fibre glass nail course last year but didn't carry on with it, but now i want to get back into nails and my friend gave me her nail trainer. All there was in the box was the hand and a box of nails. Is there anywhere i can get hold of some instructions and/or the video as they would be a great help.

I would try on ebay as there tend to be a few of these hands on there. I got mine off there. I ordered the other bits i needed from creative.
