I have a beauty salon but the area it's in seems to be going downhill. I want to expand my treatment list eg Botox, fillers, peels etc... But my clients seem to be stuck in their ways and not willing to try new things. I've started looking for a new premises as my lease is up soon but don't know whether it's worthwhile maybe doing homers for a while or renting a room in another salon? I've just bought a house and struggling to pay the mortgage plus all the salon bills!
