Network Blogs - FB - Marketing

Hi there

For those of you that are in the know, what is a network blog? How can I use it in conjuction my fb page?

I have been told if I do use it on my fb, it could really benefit my marketing/advertising through fb.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, even advice on the best way to get people to see your facebook page too?
