Hi ladies,
I moved locations from home to a spot in a gym in march of this year,. It was very busy the first 3minths, steady for the rest up until November and even now in December it's quiet
I do a lot of advertising in the gym, at the reception desk, outside my door, changing rooms etc. I also have ads in the two local newspapers.
I'm not booked at all during the week of Christmas, I have 5 bookings! Is there anything I can do to increase traffic in my spa and become busy??not just for the holidays but all the time? I have a mani/pedi special and pedicure special this month. I do specials on featured services every month, but I just don't know what to do anymore
