New room, business advice please!

Hello!
So, I have taken the plunge and am renting a lovely room that has become available in a great salon. I can fit a bed and nail table in there and I have figured a way I can double up my nail station as a makeup desk.
Does anybody have any tips or advice? Any good ways to advertise, things I can do to set myself apart from other therapists in the area etc?

Hi what's your speciality? What do you pride yourself on? Think of those things and make a niche for yourself. Then think about who would appreciate that and try get their attention with targeted offers .Hope that helps.
