(Good spotting Holly) Sorry Nikki, i didn't see that it had been a while since she had the tan. Of course it will begin fading and now you can't see what it was like the day after.

Jodie, just in case that was my post you were reading, i meant if the tan hadn't come out i would respray or refund.
Do not refund if someone has had an allergy. If they don't know, how can you know. I might be tempted to give them a good will something or other though if they were a nice customer.

Nikki, i would just leave it and forget about it now. She sounds like a bit of a chancer and if there was really a problem you would've heard about it by now xx

No it wasn't based on your post lol just thought I see the excuse so much on here how people want refunds for pathetic excuses! But of course if the tan didn't turn out right you then have the choice to refund/respray but not over a lame excuse! x
