Hi all,
One of my members of staff has asked about doing an NVQ Level 3 in hair and being a big believer in on-going training and qualifications I want to help her however I can. Let's face it - it benefits my salon too!
However, I've checked with the local college and they would require her to be at the college on one of our busiest days of the week - she's our only stylist so not happy with that.
Where else can we go for training?
