NVQ Or What??

Hi There,
I did my creative fdfc in November last year and got on really well, my educator told me that she would be happy for me to go out and put nails on the general public.
I want to do a recognised formal qualification, and don't really know which path to go down.
Will my foundation course be used as part of the syllabus requirements???
And what course is the most recognised??
ANY HELP WOULD REALLY BE APPRECIATED, AS I WANT TO BE A FAB, KICK ASS TECH!
