Opening a new salon, advice on renting out a chair

Good Evening!

Hello everyone this is my first ever post!

I am currently in the process of opening a tanning and beauty salon as a joint venture with my mum, its quite a fair size shop so we have a separate beauty room and also a nail bar, ideally we are looking to rent these out for a daily or weekly rate, but am so new to this so would love some advice on
1. where to advertise - everywhere seems to want £30 plus for advertising and I don't want to out a lot of money into advertising somewhere no one really looks.
2. best things to look for in a candidate
3. is there any particular equipment I should be supplying

Have you tried advertising on gumtree and Facebook market place. I myself always check out these pages for room hire.

Ensure that the person supplies you with their up to date qualifications/ certificates and you could always negotiate what to put in the room as the person may already have their own equipment.
