Hi ladies!
I am a self employed beautician, hairdresser, & I have a good client base of 4 years now.
I am looking to open a salon/studio where I will perform testaments. I only want something small as I plan on working on my own (for now).
I honestly don't even know where to begin? What's the first stage?
Business plan? What else do I need to research?
Any help will do!
