How much would you expect to earn in the following situations?:

- Annual salary of beauty therapist (at least level 3 qualified) based in a salon
- Annual salary of beauty therapist (at least level 2 qualified) based in a salon
- Wage per hour of beauty therapist (at least level 3 qualified) based in a salon
- Wage per hour of beauty therapist (at least level 2 qualified) based in a salon
- Mobile therapist wage per hour if self-employed
- Mobile therapist wage per hour rather than keeping money from all treatments?
- How much would a beauty therapist pay to rent a room? Would there be any percentage given to salon per treatment?

Are there any other pay scenarios I have missed out?
