permanent nail art

I do nail art on natural nails. How do i make it more permanent so that it will stay on untill they want it removed.

have never used gel before .Where do you get it, how do you use it and how do you get it off. Dont you need a lamp to set.?

As you have done no training in enhancements I would not go down the gel route unless you want to do your training, as you are just doing nail art then a very good top coat made for going over nail art would help, again nailtopia do these also.
