Ok so i need some help from some skin geeks out there.
This is my own problem not a clients.

I noticed a few weeks back a few red dots on each cheek thought nothing of it but they now just seem to be getting worse. Its driving me mad because ive always had good skin. I havent changed make up etc & always wash cleanse exfoliate etc.

Just wondering if anyone can recommend something

Do you have a tendency to flushing or redness? It could be a mild form of rosacea that's flared up as there is inflammation, it can happen at anytime and can look like small red pimples/bumps. A calming product such as AlumierMD Calm R serum would work wonders to reduce inflammation & redness. It's hard when your not there in person so I can only recommend you go visit a skin specialist see for sure.

Pretty much looks like this 99% of the time.
Yes i thought the same but curiosity & and all that, thought id try here first, only being 25 im very self conscious of it but if need be i will have it checked out.
Thank you all the same ☺

Looks like it's acne rosacea which is hormone stimulated I think Environs acumax supplements are quite good for this but it is tricky to treat.

It's not called acne rosacea anymore as its been discovered it's nothing to do with acne X

You need a product for rosacea, in my opinion that is what it looks like. Yes go visit your GP or see a skin specialist who will take a through look at your skin and prescribed a suitable product. For rosacea I'd prescribed AlumierMD products (this is what I stock for skin concerns): SensiCalm Cleanser, Calm R Serum and Clear Shield Daily SPF & moisturiser. Just three products. Less is more. Stop any physical exfoliation whilst it's treat. Rosacea is a condition that flares up but it's unfortunately not something that can be cured but can be managed. Xx

I would see your GP to get a more accurate diagnosis if I were you. At least when you know what it is you can make a decision which method you use to try and treat it.

Thank you for your comments folks ☺ i will booked to see a GP

I have rosacea and that’s exactly where mine is and how it looks.
I get a gel from my gp but it does dry my already dehydrated skin so I only use it when it’s bad.

try dermalogica's ultracalming cleanser, ultracalming mist & the ultra calming concentrate i suggest this to all my rosacea and their skin improves and most got back to normal

@Zoey92 what are you using in your skin products wise - skincare and make up???

Oh dear welll my skin care regime is rubbish I've recently been given a cream from Boots calles dermaplex for roscea.it wasn't cheap but it has been a absolute god send. My skin has cleared up by at least 95% in just under 2weeks ☺ x

That’s fab.

I was slightly worried by the routine you were quoting above. Exfoliation is very overrated especially when a skin is suffering with impaired barrier function. Be kind to it.

Glad it’s improving x
