Was looking on the net this morning for some bits and pieces ready for beginning L2 september, and i came across Proclere Herbal Blonde Toner - has anyone ever tried this? I predominatly learn with wella and occasionally use l'oreal so i would be really interested to hear your opinion, im in the red to blonde process at the moment and am looking for a nice cool icy shade toner to use on the finished product
