Red dot in eye after lash extensions

Hi all
I had some lash extensions yesterday. All was fine with the test patch but after the treatment, I had a small red 'dot' in the upper corner of one of my eyes.

My lash technican didn't know what it was, and I'm a little worried. It doesn't hurt or feel itchy.

Has anyone seen this before?

Its could possibly be a friction mark f4om the under eye gel pad being slightly tight into eyeball. X almost slightly blood shot looking
