Hi. I am looking for someone to share the cost of renting a space for beauty treatments.
The place I am looking at is in Wolverhampton and charges £109 per week (£475 pcm) and this price includes rent, rates, electricity, heating and free broadband based upon a min six month agreement. We would be looking at just over £50 each a week.
I do eyelash extensions and recently trained to do acrylic nails. My main focus is the lashes. This would suit a nail technician, threader or similar as space may be limited. Important to either have your own clients already or be confident that you can gain clients. A teeth whitening company has just taken up a space within the building so this would be a great client sharing opportuinity!
